Designed for both fixed and portable installations, these new pump packages feature drag skid and trailer mounting options and are fully enclosed to meet municipal noise and safety regulations. Whether deployed in remote mining operations or urban sewer bypass projects, these pumps are engineered for reliable, quiet performance.
Based on customer feedback, Pioneer Pump paired its proven 4-inch Pioneer Prime solids-handling pump with a more compact engine and a smaller footprint trailer design. This solution offers enhanced transportability, simplified storage and staging, and lowers the barrier of entry for customers seeking reliable performance in a smaller package. It’s a solution that brings Pioneer reliability to a broader range of projects and job sites.
The 12-inch model is a standout in its class—delivering up to 80 feet of total dynamic head at around 5,000 gallons per minute and suction lift capabilities up to 14 feet. Weighing under 10,000 pounds, it is the only pump of its size and weight suitable for sewer bypass applications, offering unmatched versatility and performance in a compact footprint.

- Easy-access suction-side enclosure wall for simplified priming system maintenance and easier flange adjustments
- Elimination of gearbox for reduced complexity and smaller overall footprint
- Replaceable drag skid bars offer a secondary containment on the fuel tank
